You say that we should choose a Window-Based Application when starting the new project, but from your screenshot and the files you are referencing it sounds like you actually chose the View-Based Application. Is this correct? I would assume, based on the files it creates that there is a fairly big difference.

@Jack: The -lxml2 isn’t a file, it is a flag and it goes in the “Other Linker Flags” property.

I can’t find the “-lxml2″ file anywhere on my computer, could you maybe add the location of the file as well?

Thank for spotting that, looks like there was a weird encoded character there that got displayed as a ?…all fixed now!

You state…..

You need to add “/usr/include/libxml2? to the “Header Search Paths” and you need to add “-lxml2? to the “Other Linker Flags”.

Should the ? be an ” ?
